Hello, I have my Z1 since 1.5 years. But now the camera quality has become very poor (both rear & front) with time. The pictures taken from my phone are not satisfactory now and looks very blurry.
Is that expected from a Sony phone after 1.5 years or something else is there? Thanks for your support.

Kamal

Hi Kamal29jeet,

Welcome to the community,

I do agree with Uliwooly here, make sure to clean the lens on both sides first and then try taking a picture, however if the issue persists this could be related to a number of factors.

I would first suggest that clear the handsets data,

Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Camera > Clear data.

If this does not help, are you able to advise how much storage you have left on the internal storage, if it is close to full you will need to clear out some space, full or close to full storage can cause issues with most functions on the device.

Are there any scratches? Could you take a picture of the lens and upload it to box or dropbox and post the link here
