You could try holding down the Power Key and Volume + button for 30 seconds and then plug in the charger for at least 2 hours and then try powering the device or trying the software repair on the device.

Ok so i have an xperia Z (C6606) that has been hit by the infamous sleep of death bug. While i was useing it my screen went black and unresponsive. I am unable to connect my phone to SUS, and have tried many proposed solutions from this board and a few othes. At first i had no LED when charging, but after letting it sit for a day i get 2-5 minutes of red LED then no LED again. Hard reset(volume up+ power) does nothing on or off the charger. Does anyone have any advice?

Have you tried to perform a software repair via PC Companion?
http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

If this does not help or work, I can only suggest that you contact your local support team for further information how to proceed with this in the best possible way:
http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/
