    <description>Whenever my mobile gets fully charged blue light notification comes. After that i used to on screen by pressing power button but it not works. I have to open memory card slot and power off the mobile using needle and then switch on the mobile. Give me the solution and reason.. Whenever I used to download anything in playstore or other same problem occurs.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;@sharath_nair&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try to connect your device to a wall charger and then press and hold power &amp;amp; volume up for more than 10 seconds. Let it charge for 2 to 3 hours, even if it doesn't seem to be charging. You can try by plugging the usb cable as you hold volume down too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I hope can be useful.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
