Battery wierd problem

Hello,

I've been having a weird problem with my Sony Xperia L.

One day, I put phone charging the battery with 14%. Instead of charging the battery, it continues to discharge until the phone turn off.

However when I pressed the button to turn ON, the phone turned on with 100% battery.

But this 100% went out in 5 hours without doing anything. After discharge this 100% the phone turn OFF and without charging the phone I was able to turn ON again the phone and on the screen was showing 98% of battery.

So, my battery is doing this kind of loops of battery without charging the phone, were the battery goes out in 4-5 hours.

Does anyone have a guess for this problem?

Is not the charger or the battery, because I've tried different ones. I already did a reset factory and it didn't work.

Is it some kind of virus that is affecting my operating system ou is it a hardware problem?
