Soft recording voice

When I record a Snapchat video while talking and ecord a voice message , the playback can't be heard. I barely heard anything even thought the volume is set to the max. This happened when I've updated to Lollipop. Please help me with this.

Contact the Snapchat developers regarding this bug, it's up to them to fix it not Sony.

@uliwooly it's only on snapchat, when I use the video recording and play it back,it's the same. Same happens to when I send voice messages in LINE, WeChat and others.

boot on safe mode and record a video, also, are you using a protective case or film that might be blocking the mics?
