      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi accidently shut my z2 in the car door and the screen smashed. the phone still seems to be working as the alarm goes off on time but the digitizer doesnt work and i cant see the display to enter the unlock patern. can someone tell me how/if can i retrieve the data? or have i lost the lot? cheers &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry to hear that. Since you cannot see anything on the display, I would say no. But if the touchscreen is not working (and you can see the display) you could use an USB OTG-adapter to connect a mouse to the phone.&amp;nbsp;That way you can unlock the screen, do the needed changes and save your data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
