5.1.1 update issues

HELP PLZ, I installed the last update of sony Z1 and i have many issues :
1. I can't answer the calls from many apps such as what's app and imo, when i try to answer the app doesn't respond and i can't reject or answer the call, so i need a hard restart to use the phone again when ever someone calls and if i call back, the phone stuck up
2. The alarm doesn't work.. When i wake up i always found my phone saying that clock is not responding... It happens everyday.
3. Sudden shut down.
4. The key pad is not working when i touch the screen it chooses another letter.

I restarted my phone many times n also cleared the apps data, i even reinstall the what's app and imo and they still not functioning
PLZ HELP SPECIFICALLY FOR THE CALLS ISSUE

Reinstall the latest update > reinstall the apps > check agian
