Z3Compact camera White Noise

I have Z3Compact since February, got some stunning pics while travelling. Crystal clear, sharp and highly desirable pics.

Suddenly to be specific Now the Camera view and pictures consists of more Whites (Very Less White Balance) and Noise.

Earlier pictures were pretty sharp and zoommable. Now its got blurry and pixellettes. Change happened around 28/30 July.

2 incidents happened during the same time frame:

1. During this time my 17 month old son inserted and removed several 3.5mm headphone jacks and now the headphone jack is not working, whenever headphone is inserted, a buzzing sound happens while the Song is played from Handset speaker...

2. Also 5.1 upgrade.

I am difficult to correlate anything above but very disappointed with Camera Now....

Any suggestions please?

few things to try

settings > apps > all > smartconnect and camera > clear data > restart the phone > check again. Also check if the camera lens has scratches or if it's dirty.

if that doesn't work then

Repair the phone with PCC (make sure to backup everything)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)
