Camera not working

The camera does not work me the screen goes black there any solution to this problem

Try Clearing Data

Go to Settings > Apps > All > Scroll down until you see "Camera" apps(not Cameras) and click on it > Press "Clear Data" then restart phone and check if its solved

Go to Settings > Scroll down until "About Phone" > Click on it and then click again on "Diagnostics" > Swipe right until "Test" and press "Camera" and "Front Camera"

Does the black screen still appear?
