Problem to install/update applications

This phone take too much time to installing apps.
But uninstalling speed very good
When I trying to update the youtube app then it shows me error 501 please resolve this issue immediately

Hi,

Have you tried to install applications with different network connections such as Wi-Fi and/or mobile data? Is it only for the YouTube application that you receive the error message 501 or all apps?

Settings > apps > all > look for google apps/services > clear data > restart the phone > check again.
