Xperia z3 compact dead

I have started using xperia z3 compact for less than a month. I love the cell, it was working fine and all of a sudden it went dead. Tried switching it on but it doesn't and also when connected to charge there is no indication. It's very disappointing that such a good brand like Sony has products which malfunction for no rhyme or reason. I've preferred xperia over other brand. Now I will definately think not twice but many times to go for xperia unless my issue is resolved.

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 to 3 hours > check again.

Hi,

It doesn't work. The phone doesn't respond at all. There is no vibration or the led indicating the charge.

Thanks for your response.

I actually have a problem. The phone was bought in Saudi Arabia and I am using it in India.

The local experia care CAN'T help it at all because they are not authorised to handle phones from outside India.

They advised me to send it to Saudia for repair/replacement which is not a viable solution. There is no world wide service center in India they say. Now my cell has become a peice of crap. Sony care is of no help at all. I've preffered Xperia over Iphone and Samsung and this is what I am receiving.

Please help.

I'm sorry to say this but the warranty it's only available in the country were it was bought
