Hi my new SD card isnt reading on my phone. i have restarted and re inserted the SD card numerous times and it still hasnt worked...

Can you provide me with a solution please?

I have tried another SD card and it works, just the samsung EVo doesnt seem to work... Please help

Does your phone recognize other SD cards?

Welcome to the community,

I would first suggest backing up the content of the SD card first. Then maybe try formatting the card using a PC/Mac then put the content back on the card and test it.
