Phone body automatically open

Dear friends I repaired my phone 3 time by Sony service centre they always fail to solve my problem now the same problem again am facing and this is fourth time. I have previously called to its customer care as well as service centre head they assured me for the problem but they fail.
One more thing I faced at their service centre that talking way of their engineer is bad when I deny to take my phone then he said go and deposit your phone at our Delhi or jaipur service centre if not satisfied we can't do anything for you.... I totally fed now by them and I decided that if they will not replace my phone completely then I'll go for consumer court and also publish in news paper about my issue with photo of my phone....

what is the problem? have you repaired your phone with PCC?

I have submitted my phone at service center for repair it's actually a phone back cover problem it open automatically

The back is coming off it self so people at sony think its a user based damage or self trying to fix the phone, they dont believe that the back is coming off its self so it voids your warrenty and they wont do anything.

Sony check each case, I don't think they will assume that w/o inspecting each device.
