      <title>Speaker problem on z5</title>

      <description>My phone rings, gets message notifications etc all normally. The problem I have is when I watch videos or want listen to music and play games etc, I get no sound unless I use headphones. Can you help me please.</description>

      <description>No. No sound apart from ring tones, messages and alarm. Just no sound for music, videos and games unless I use headphones.</description>

Do you use the pre-installed Video app or are you using another one to watch video?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
