If there aren't, try running a software repair ASAP and if that doesn't work go back to the retailer to see whether or not they can assist.

To run a software repair you just need to download PC Companion, all data will be lost during the process however you can make a backup first and restore the data back to the phone after the repair. To back up:

1. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
2. Phone Software Update.
3. Start.
4. Repair Phone
5. Continue
6. Accept data removal
7. Next
8. Wait for prepare
9. Select Phone
10. Follow the connection steps
