Hi @Nouza

Please, try first run a backup of the device information as explained here. Then perform a system repair using PC Companion or Bridge for MAC. This will factory reset your phone and erase all data. You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery. Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off until you are prompted (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device). Start PC Companion -> Support zone -> Update my phone/tablet -> Blue Repair my phone/tablet -> follow instructions. When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button. The repair or reformat process will start. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64 bit operating system adjust settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode -> chose Windows 7 or XP.Keep us updated please.

You can still re enable it without doing software repair.

Go back to Settings > Apps > swipe all the way to the last option "Disabled"

Look for audio settings and re-enable it, once done. Restart the phone. It should work and all audio related should be back to normal.

Thrs no audio settings in the Apps->All tab!!

Hi,

Since you're using a Z3+ and for sure is on android 5.0 and above. You should see something like this as per screenshot, lets wait for approval so you can view it. The disabled app will show on another page which is located on the last page right after the "All" tap.

But if you done have that, then please let us know as what @uliwooly have mention. Did you root the device or flash it with a different custom rom or somewhat.

Something that i miss out, if the app or the items that shows under "All" is been disbaled. It will definitely not show up anymore on the "All" tap, on older android version. It use to show on the very bottom of the "All" tap. But with the newer android version it is being seperate to a different page to avoid confusion.

Regards,
