Z3 constant phone cracking issue COMPLAINT

Hello there i have had the z3 contract for nearly a year now i had the phone for the first fewdays of my contract and it randomly cracked i looked it up found it was a issue sent it to sony was fixed got a new phone and it happened again.... i just wanna say that why would u sell it to ppl if it does it im sorry but im paying £47 a month for a phone that constantly breaks and i havent got a phone yet again i hate to complain due to i have no problems with any of your other products but i cant cancel my contract and honestly theres not muich point in sending it away again to only it being returned and then breaking again in less than a week is there anyway i can get money back or a diffrent phone or a deal made by sony to maybe buy out my contract due to this is absurd all my friends who have the phone have had to go buy a new phone and im sorry but some people cant just go out and spend £600 on a new phone if anyone could please get in contact with me it would be much abliaged.

Sorry to hear that. I would recommend you contact Sony Xperia support and see if there is anything they can do to help as this is a user based forum. But do let us know how it goes.

As stated above, I don't know why your phone(s) keep cracking but tjis is something you have to address with your local support team, jw, how many times have you cracked the phone?
