Fm not working

Hi,
When i connect earphones to my phone FM is not working just buzzzzz!!!! Sound will come. This is new cell just 10days only completed. What can i do for this problem.

Hi Pavan3, welcome to the community!

Firstly could you please go into Settings > Apps > All > scroll down and tap on SmartConnect > tap Clear data. Then test the headphones with FM again & let us know whether that has helped or not.

Does it work while on safe mode?

I see, Pavan3 - if you boot the phone in safe mode does the same issue occur?

To booti n safe mode press the power key until the Power Off message box appears. Hold your finger on 'Power Off' for 2-3 seconds until 'Reboot to safe mode?' appears > tap OK.

To exit safe mode just power thephone off & then on normally. Keep us updated.

Yes my phone is rebooted. Still same problem sophiaW exactly after one min it will turns to buzz!! Sound, Not working.

Not rebooted but boot on safe mode

Yes that one only boot on safe mode. Still not solved my issue fm is not working

You could repair the phone with PCC and report back
