Dear Sir,
im using sony Z3 Dual D6633 , i set the network to manual selection, during that time the screen showed the name of (provider) network i selected or " emergency service only" is it possible that the phone it self change to another network without my knowledge .

It shouldn't but you can try this

Settings > more > Mobile networks

you can chekc Data roaming and also your carrier

Settings > more > internet settings > select your network > accept

but I was travelling to Palestine and I changed the network manually into Jawwal Palestine. When I came back to Jordan I have been requested by Zain Jordan a huge amount of money claiming that I was using Israeli network which I didn't. How could this happen while the network was chosen manually
& How can I prove against zains claim

The problem I see here often happens here in the UK in that a network signal strength can be stronger coming from France so instead of using a UK network it will jump to a French network so I can only assume that because you have Roaming enabled then the signal strength coming from Israel was stronger than the one where you were - If this is the case then you could argue that it's the networks fault because there strength was weaker (You'd need to check your telecommunication's law on this) but also at the same time you are the owner and it is your responsibility to check

I always check only jawwal and if there is no signal it's well be emergency call only

I'm sorry to say but I don't see how this is a Sony issue as it appears to be more of a network issue and not something we can help with nor can Sony

But I want to prove that Zain so as not to pay large sums of money

It wold not surprise me that your phone have been deliberatly forced to log in into jewish network

The only way to find out next time is to use application that will log the BTS (The Base Transceiver Station aka phone mast) your phone has been talking to e.g.:

Ther are couple of apps that look for IMSI catchers as well

Just out of interest, what have you been charged for? Data/Voice/SMS?

Is there a huge difference in roaming charges between those two networks?

I would as well ask Zain Jordan what network was it taht you have roamed in and then check their coverage as well.

Next time get local throwaway SIM card in roaming to aviod extra charges (with the D6633 you can have on 2 at the same time)

Zain jordan told me that I was connect to a network called israel01 I'm sure I didn't see that name on my screen and Im almost sure that there is no provider in Israel with that name. In my mobile screen I only got jawwal ps and emergency call only

Ask for MCC/MNC code of the network in question:

Strange, but the Jawwal Uses the MCC of Israel !!!! Their friendly neighbour got near full control of everything there......

Get details information from you operator, dates, times and what it was for.

Are they all incomming calls you have been charged for?

See if you can get hold of the CEO of the Zain Jordan or Zain Group directly http://www.zain.com and explain to him what has happend, what you have done, who you spoke to about it, where you have been, how long etc.

Check on the internet what is their e-mail address format "name.surename@zain.com" or other then find name of the CEO and drop him/her e-mail.

For you as an idividual it will be hard or imposible to prove that it was not error on your part, especially with neighbbour like this:
