So heres the problem, the phone is just dead and non of the buttons do anything no matter how long i hold them. But when i plug in the charger the phones just starts gets to the sony logo and turns off and then it just repeats it self while a red light is flashing. If i hold the power button it shows the batter for a moments and it also shows its empty but before this happend the batter was around 50%. i tried nearly evrything and nothing seems so solve this problem.

Hi,

I suggest that you disconnect the phone from any kind of power source > Open the cap for the MicroSD-card, here you can find an OFF button which you can use a paper clip or similar to hold down for 5 seconds > When this is done, connect the phone to the charger via wall socket and let the phone charge for 1-2 hours to see if the phone powers on.

In that case, I suggest that you try a software repair via PC Companion:
http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

But if you are unable to perform this software repair or that it does not help, I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have the phone examined by a technician. Check the following link for info how to get your Sony Xperia product repaired:
/t5/FAQ/How-to-get-your-Sony-Xperia-product-repaired/m-p/991374

This phone is turning out to be a nightmare. This is happening for the second time. The first time I took it back to the store, it was still very new less than 30 days. I was without a phone for 2 weeks. And the report came saying "there is nothing wrong with the phone". And now again it has just gone blank, died, I mean nothing AGAIN in less than 3 months since I bought it. When I press the wake up button nothing happens. I tried calling it with another phone, it was ringing. But as I was looking at it there was nothing, it's blank. People think I'm ignoring their calls n fighting with me, as on their side it's ringing. Please help
