Hi there,

My z3 screen recently cracked from top right corner to bottom left and the top two thirds of the screen is unresponsive to touch. So once I turned it on I cannot enter my PIN.

Can this issue be fixed with a simple screen replacement or is it a deeper issue? Also does anyone know the estimated cost of such a repair?

Many thanks,
Rory

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that. I suggest that you send your phone to an authorized service center so a technician can examine your phone. It's only a technician that can conclude what's needed to be done after the phone has been examined. Check the following to get info how to get your phone repaired:
/t5/FAQ/How-to-get-your-Sony-Xperia-product-repaired/m-p/991374
