Please someone help!!

I don't understand.. When I first got my Sony Xperia Z3 compact the bar at the bottom would disappear unless I pressed near it and now for some reason it's stuck there it's like I can't use full screen cause of it which is very distracting when watching netflix!! Iv tried to look through the settings but literally can not find a way to fix it some one help please!!!!

If it happens on apps then it's the app developer that should add the code to hide soft key buttons

Does this happen with every application or only a select few? Have you tried any troubleshooting?
