topic Xperia Z SGP311 networking problems in XPERIA archive

On an Xperia Z SGP311, after upgrading to 10.7.A.0.222, networking seems to have been completely messed up. The tablet loses contact with the server all the time. For example, when installing an app from google play, downloading stops, after some time (could be a few minutes!!) it resumes, then stops again and so on for an unacceptably long time. Streaming in Google Music or YouTube is practically impossible. Even Gmail very often lags unbearably. Reseting, re-installing etc did not work. Setting a static IP either. Sony should reconsider its policy regarding downgrading.

Have you tried forgetting the network and then setting it back up or try a system repair as upgrades can sometimes cause a few small issues like you have however if you want to downgrade then this has to be done manually
