When I put an app to SD, it then disappears from the app screen and the main screen is just the app management and google store, Would anyone know how to solve the problem?

After downloading the app to the sd and restart the phone, the app disappear from the initial screen and screen applications, but appear in the list on application management and in my applications on Google Play, turn to move them to the phone and reappear after reeniciar the phone again.
While they are missing open through Google Play.

It's not like when we take the SD card is an icon to the error in the app, in this case nothing appears.
