The bottom speaker suddenly gets off or dead and there is no sound at all. It's only the ear piece speaker which is functional. I need to restart my phone n then both the speaker functions the bottom n the earpiece. But I miss my calls due to this bottom speaker disfunction..
Kindly give me a feedback as to why this problem has occurred...

Without having the device to test I would 1st say it's an app issue that you have installed that could be taking control of your speaker behaviour

The next time it occurs I would advise running the diagnostics to see if we can narrow down the cause of the issue:

From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.

Find and tap Settings > About phone > Diagnostics.

Swipe left or tap Test.

Select what to test or tap Run all to perform all tests.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

If the test indicates any potential issues, contact a Sony Mobile repair partner to receive a quotation for a repair.
