Data connection drops in calls

Hi there,

Is it purposely designed that Z3+ dual automatically drops data connection in calls? or it's just something wrong with my phone?

For me it is necessary to go online while talking on the phone at the same time.

I've tried to deactivate one of the SIM and the same problem presists.

Plz help.....

Have you checked with your network if they support data connections during calls?

Actually i've been using the same sim and provider for years and that problem didn't exist.

Try to download the internet settings again. What network mode are you using? Go for WCDMA or LTE.
