Its hard to call somebody! The button call is not responding!!!!!

Hi Jonica, welcome to the community!

Try clearing the cache for the Phone app by going into Settings > Apps > All > Phone > tap Phone > tap Clear cache > report back to us.

If the tip from SophiaW isn't working out, I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

After lollipop software updates, the 📞 button aren't working properly. You have to dial like twice for the call to go through. It is time consuming and annoying. Any solution?
