      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This error is purely related to the network provider and it is not related with your Android system&amp;nbsp;or because of an error in your smartphone. Give your network provider a call and see if they can fix it, but usually it gets fixed eventually due to some maintenance in one of the provider's towers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
