My camera not work properly sometimes

My jobs accquires working on scanner app sometimes. The thing is the focusing part does not work stable. Sometimes it makes photos clearing to see. Sometimes it makes picture looks like taken in the foggy days. Restart could help but it takes times and I dont have much. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @LuanNguyen

Please, boot your device into safe mode as explained here. If this issue is not present in this mode, that indicates a third party app is causing the problem. In this case exit Safe Mode and then un-install any third party apps you don't need and clear the cache/data for the apps you want to keep. I´m at disposal for any question.

Try to clear the camera app data.

How to clear data on apps.
From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the camera app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

And also check for any damage, scratches or dust on the lens as well.
