My phone keeps showing no service need to restart then works again for a bit then again shows no service where 4g and signal strength has a red line

Settings > about phone > status > signal strength > what do you see?

do you have a NANO SIM card or did you trimmed/cut a regular SIM card?

could you also test on safe mode

It shows signal I have signal right now but after a while it'll turn off then I reset or reboot the phone and restart it and it comes back on and it is a mini card that wasn't one that was cut

This is what I would do

repair the phone with PCC and if you experience the same, get a brand new SIM card

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

It goes up to 111. And am at home never had a phone do it and have to keep rebooting also has happened elsewhere is it normal to have to reboot? Shouldn't it automatically go back to 3g or 4g coverage without restarting also tried a hard reset

PCC = PC Companion, if you have a Mac you can use Sony Bridge, the links are above.

run PCC > support zone > repair > follow the steps, note that it will delete EVERYTHING on your phone.

Whenenver you are done repairing the phone > do NOT install any app, do NOT update any app, do NOT enter your Gmail account, just test the phone.

When I go to settings then more then mobile networks and I choose WCDMA only in preferred network type, I lose signal 📶
And of I choose GSM only, I have network again
Any idea what's wrong?

Yes I have a data plan
And there is only 3G in Egypt
