Charging issue

My phone is showing an unusual problem.When it reaches around 92 / 93 percent of charge, the charging light starts blinking and the charge goes on /off repeatedly. It stops when the phone reaches 99 % battery. I have changed the charger but the problem is still there. Can anyone help me? Phone runs android 5.1.1.

Please first, run a backup of the device information as explained here. Then perform a system repair using PC Companion or Bridge for MAC. The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery. Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds) Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64 bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP. I´m at disposal for any question. Please keep us updated.

Using Sony PC Companion or Bridge it's quite simple

Running the software repair on PC Companion:
1. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
2. Phone Software Update.
3. Start.
4. Repair Phone
5. Continue
6. Accept data removal
7. Next
8. Wait for prepare
9. Select Phone
10. Follow the connection steps

Running the software repair on Bridge for Mac:
1. Launch Bridge for MAC without the handset connected.
2. On the Main Window select "Xperia > Repair Xperia Device".
3. Ensure the phone is charged and select "Ok" in the following window.
4. Select Continue on the following page.
5. Wait until the initialising step is finished the continue as below.
6 . Select your model of phone from the list that appears
7. Follow the connection steps that appear, ensuring that you are holding the relevant button down before during and after the connection phase until the update/repair begins.

help me. first i will turn off the screen (not the power of the tablet), when i started to charge my z ultra, the screen saver will appear (Like the specs. of the z ultra) then i will turn off again the screen later on it will appear again. after the screen saver appeared my wifi and bluetooth is On, even im not turning them On, and my password will reset or disappear. i still have some problem with my z ultra. my z ultra does not have a sim tray, there's no room for sim, you cannot insert a sim card. and sometimes my screen is having a horizontal lines going down. help me please?
