Follow the video, in settings, disable the Sony "Throw" service.

It works on my xperia c4 lollipop 5.0.2, I got 4 hours of full charge before, now just 2, it work instantly, it may work on xperia series who got lollipop update and having slow charging issue.

If you're using the stock charger and cable I recommend you to change one having 2A output power and better cable, tell you the truth, sony just deliver us the outdate standard 850mAh usb charger and low voltage capable usb cable.

One more thing, the throw service will turn on automatically when your Bluetooth is on, even you switched off after use, it still keeping on.

If 2A chargers are compatible with our phones, why sony send us 850mAh?
Many people including myself think that, manufacturer send us to 850mAh, so if i use higher charger it can damage our devices.

You can ask sony why, but as I know, mtk6752 is compatible to 2A input, or I can say, if you love your phone and trust sony is provide the best charger to you, and it have a good reason why you need charge over 3 hours, so. Why you here asking here? ?

If in this material world rules, 850mAh can full charge our 2600 mAh battery within 3 hours, we dont quickcharge or some new technology , but in fact, its not truth.

And please accept it, sony should send better charger.

And lady, something you never try , you'll never know, if you still afraid other charge will damage your phone, just accept the slow charge result, Don't ask people it's safe or not if you don't try.

I mailed it to mediatek customer service. Their reply is;

"It could reduce the battery life due to higher charging rate."

Yes, I know this since Im a kid, and please keep your 850mAh charger and keep safe and hope this mid range phone work well forever,by the way, I switch back to xda developer forum, so disappointed people im this forum is lack of electric basic knowledge but hope the mid range phone have a flatship package, even they don't know sony send you a budget charger and still find some point to proof it will damage the battery.

Oh my god, recharge will reduce there lifetime in using, it's a basic knowledge, and quickcharge will reduce lifetime is a basic knowledge too.

In your mindset, please tell sony change all flagship charge to lower amp version, it will damage your battery? huh?

Really no hope here and really know why this community forum is not growth.

It's no point here to talk with a women hows battery works.
