upgrading problem

im tired of trying to update my firmware but every time it fails. every time it fails it coasts money. i have tried both way by phone and through pc. why cant the upgrade makes easy like samsung phones? i have tried four times but its openin automatically and says update fails or something.

how reliable and fast is your intenert connection? are you tethering your phone's data ?
