data Usage Restrictions.

In data usage under settings, if you go into a particular app and hit on restrict background data, does it restrict for that app or does it restrict for them all?

So for a preinstalled app that you don't ever use, we can either restrict the background data or disable the app.

That's correct, if you don't ever use it, just disable it
