    <description>I can't see the picture but if yoy are using the flash and there are reflective surfaces that's normal, if your phone has a protective case or film it might be causing this.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Have you tried using the camera in manual mode and changing the brightness and white balance settings by pressing the three lines with blue squares on them? You can also tap SCN and try different modes there to see if that helps as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
