Last week my phone decided not to work anymore when I try charging it via USB from my PC it won't charge, it keeps saying that apps are preventing stamina mode, my text messages are coming through a few hours after they are sent, the battery is draining a lot quicker than normal, I can't factory reset my phone at all, i can get into service menu. Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

Does the phone indicate that it's charging and does it work well via wall socket? Which apps are preventing Stamina mode? If you send a text message to yourself (your own phone number), does the same thing happen?

Why are you unable to to perform a factory reset, what happens?

It starts charging lasts about a 40 seconds then stops, it charges fully via a wall socket. So far I've had What's App, timehop and messenger. Yes I've tried that and I get nothing at all for a couple of hours.

I go through the usuual route and when I click the Erase everything button nothing happens the screen just stays as it it. I've gone through typing the code in to get the service menu up nothing happens.

Thanks

That's a poor network coverage, you could contact your carrier regarding their coverage, also, you could get a brand new SIM card and test it.
