I locked my new phone while awaiting for my current phone contract to end to change carrier. Now that I'm ready to exchange, I could not unlock it. I was able to use the password and unlocked the phone after adding the security lock but after that I could no longer access. I tried multiple times (65x to be exact) to no avail.... I purchased this last month online. I received it from Taiwan. I still have the box to authenticate that I'm the rightful owner of this phone, just in case there's a question on its authenticity before assisting me on this problem. Thank you!

Contact your local Sony Xperia support, only they can unlock it.
