Phonecall problem

well, i dont know if here is same. but first, im sorry my bad english. But now, the problem, When i call someone i dont always hear that voice, what he/she is talking, i know she/he keep phone near ear and mouth, and talking loud.

What is problem?

What i can do or nothing?

Hi @joonaass

Please, boot your device into safe mode as explained here. If this issue is not present in this mode, that indicates a third party app is causing the problem. In this case exit Safe Mode and then un-install any third party apps you don't need and clear the cache/data for the apps you want to keep. You could try to turned off google now "OK Google detection from any screen". I´m at disposal for any question.

How to disabled microphone noise suppression`? and what are those third party apps? im not good with phones

You can find mic noise suppression under call settings. Third party apps are those apps that you install from google play and are not default in your device.

Mic noise suppression is under settings-call, not accessory settings @joonaass @xavinux.

Please, boot your device into safe mode as explained here. Then check if this issue persists also in this mode, perhaps an application you have installed in your device is creating this problem. Keep us updated please.

I found other topic like that "ok google" and i check google app, and everything is disabled.
