Camera after update

Hi all, since update 23.4.A.1.232 my camera has gone BAD it's fuzzy on normal photos and at night in front room was very poor when taking pics, not amused really with all updates that stem from lollipop, it and as I've found now, that I can't go back to kitkat because of Google Base commands are now for lollipop only and kk won't run anymore, seriously considering selling this piece of junk!!! Not Amused!!

Hi @Bluezee

Please, from your Home screen try the following:

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings -> Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on Camera.
5. Tap Force stop -> Clear data.
6. Restart the phone.

If the ideas above doesn't work, I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
