Phone stops recognising SD card

What can i do so my phone will accept my sd card. I tried different brands but after a week i must connect it, what means i must first format it. I lose all my music and photos what i have on it.

What cards have you tried until now? There were cases with fake cards.

Could you elaborate? Your phone stops recognising the SD card after some time?
Does the SD card work in another device when this happens?

I use different cards, from cheapbaftermarket till sony. Now i have sandisk 64gb micro sd hc with an 10 on it. When i format it it works again in my phone. And yes my computer has no problem with it so i can safe my photos.

Sounds strange. If this has happened with several different SD cards I would suggest that you perform a software repair via PC Companion.

In PC Companion you press start on "Support Zone" > Start on "Update the phone/tablet software" > "Repair phone/tablet" (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

The software repair will remove all data stored in the phone so don't forget to make a backup in PC Companion before you try the software repair. You can do a backup using the Backup & Restore option in PC Companion.
