Problem answering calls

Can't answer calls, when I try it's as though the call gets rejected and I can't hear anything

Does it give any error messages when you answer the call?

Are you on a post-paid plan and sure that you don't have any due bills?

It doesn't give any message and I'm.on a contract that is upto date, it even shoes the screen as though I've answered the call

Try an app preferences reset - Settings then apps then tap the 3 dots then reset app preferences then reboot and test

Come across Calls then phone account setting, then SIP setting and receive incoming calls, this is un-ticked, could that also has anything to do with it?

Mine is unticked but that because I don't use internet calling which is what SIP is
