Recently dropped my Z3 in water and washed it off under the tap. then after drying it out with a hairdryer it said the sim card had been removed so it restarted. this happened a couple of times but now it wont even turn on, it just buzzes 3 times. when i try to charge it it buzzes 3 times. ive tried plugging it into my computer to no avail ive tried to reset it using the power button. I just want to know if this is a problem or not and how to get it fixed as soon as possible.

If you used a hair dryer, you might have damage circuits inside. You could try to keep it for 1-2 days in a bowl of rice, with all flaps opened and in a warm place.

I think that means battery is low, but I wouldn't go on to charge the device if you say it had water contact/damage.
