Sony cannot unlock a device for you, you can either contact your operator or buy unlock codes from other websites.

Hi @shepper88,

Network unlock codes are provided by the network provider/operator that the phone in question is locked to. Did they mention why they could not provide you with an unlock code when you were in contact with them?

Yes it does not find it in their base. Contact sony I must remember.

That sounds strange. To my knowledge unlock codes are always provided by the operator so I don't think that your local support will be able to assist you with this. I would suggest that you try contacting your operator one more time.

You have 2 options, either contact your carrier/network or buy the unlock code online, those are the only options.
