Problems with Sony Xperia C4

I'm sorry for disturbing you like this but I'm really need help.

I've bought my phone for 3 weeks. And it has 2 problems:

1. when I ended calls, the phone went black nothing can make it responed again until restart the phone.

2. my phone's touch screen has not working propertly, it's going wild, jumb to anything and anywhere on the screen. I put the power button to calm it down but it's not last long.

How can I fix my problem? Please help me on this.

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

your first problem, it is because of the screen cover, it hides the proximity sensor

Hello SamParker .

I am Facing the same problem of touch screen . my phone is behaving abnormally and and doing anything i am very fed up with this .

do you got any solution for this problem ? i already done so many things i done with the factory reset and also done with the software uptades.

but its not working well for me .

please help me with this , i m in a big troble ...
