Some days ago replaced my broken display, after that main camera shows only black screen. Is it seriously or during repair camera was plugged in incorrectly?

Really hard to tell, contact your Local support to get it inspected, if you replaced the camera yourself, you should re-open the device and make sure all the ribbons are properly connected.
