Sound Problem when I change the songs

Hi! I hope you can help me

When I change the songs at the beginning I heard a noise, a crash, it sounds bad, It happens in every Music app, I have tried some apps like Musixmatch, Music native app, Shuttle+, I think its a software problem, i don't know....

Hi @ChinoRGC

Please, from your Home screen try the following:

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings -> Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on Walkman.
5. Tap Force stop -> Clear data.
6. Restart the phone.

If this doesn´t works, boot your device into safe mode as explained here. If this issue is not present in this mode, that indicates a third party app is causing the problem. I´m at disposal for any question.

I have clear data, does´t work, later i boot my device into safe mode, doesn´t work too, I don´t know what is causing the problem.

Hi @ChinoRGC

Ok, let´s try this but please first, run a backup of the device information as explained here. Then perform a system repair using PC Companion or Bridge for MAC. The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery. Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds) Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP. I´m at disposal for any question.

There you go, you should use a higher class SD card to avoid issues.

Yes, I know but one think I did is to move my music to the internal and the problem persist. I don´t know what to do, my Xperia SP played well those songs. and in this "newer" device is the problem. Even I can't edit the information of the songs with Musixmatch.
