hello there,

I'm using an older mk16i xperia mini pro. Recently the mobile data connection stopped working. I made an update to the newest firmware and factory reset but the problem remained unsolved. Reenabling the connection doesn't help. The ping test via the *#*#4636#*#* utility says network not reachable. The gprs system is stated as not running.

Is this a bug or some issue you know about? Is there a way apart from updating with pc companion and a factory reset to do a 'completer' reset of the device or something like this?

Hi,

If you have tried the things that you mention, I suggest that you try another SIM-card to see if same thing happens. Perhaps a SIM-card from another network provider to exclude problems related to your current one.
