My media storage got deleted. Hence i didn'e see any default sounds in music library. Kindly help us clear this...!

When on GSM, i'm afraid you will not have any mobile data connection during a call.

The preinstalled ringtones and notification sounds should not be visible in the music player. Do you mean that you can't see them when you select ringtone? If so, go to Settings -> Apps -> [menu] -> Reset app preferences. When you then try to set ringtone, select the app Sound picker.

Thanks for your support on getting back ringtones.

I am not clear about data connection lost on attending calls. Pls explain?

Also i found a file, named as ".tcookieid" in my SD card. Is it virus and dangeros? How to remove it?

When you have an ongoing call and the phone is on the GSM-network, you will not have mobile data access. The phone support mobile data during a call while on 3G but it must also be supported by the network.

I don't have that file in my phone so i suspect it belongs to an app that you have downloaded. What it is and what app it belongs to i'm afraid i don't know. A Google search indicates that it might belong to an app called iFont.
If you want to delete it you can use a file manager like Total Commander but the app it belongs to may not work properly if you remove it.

Hi,

Every in coming & out going calls, the data connection getting disable.

Sometimes, data will not enable after the call comes to end. Once i switch to airoplane mode and off, then the data geeting restarts.

Is it healthy for my phone, for getting data disable on every calls and enable?

This does not cause any problem for your phone.

What you can try is to set the phone to WCDMA (3G) only under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Network mode. The network can't switch it over to GSM in that case but in areas where there's no 3G-network you will not have any network reception in this case.
