Hi,

I bought my phone on internet in "occasion" but the phone is blocked with scheme. The man who sell it me doesn't remember it about this phone. What can I do and how ?

Not sure what you mean, could you please elaborate? Is the phone locked with some PIN or password?

Not PIN neither Password else schéma (Z, M, ...)

It is like password but with nine points to make a password with your fingers in the points

Oh I see, I suggest that you perform a software repair via PC Companion. This will reset the phone to factory settings.

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
