I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center.

Hi there,

recently I noticed that after longer calls (ca 15+ minutes) my Z1c loses network connection ("No Signal" notification & empty triangle icon instead of signal bars) right after the call has been ended. I tried to turn on and off the airplane mode or to manually select the proper cellular network but these did not bring the signal back. The only thing that helps is restarting the phone (then I get full-strength signal).

Just to be clear, I am not referring to a loss of mobile data connection as experienced by some users. What I see is a total loss of mobile network signal. In other words, when this occurs my phone is unreachable (people are not able to call or text me).

In the Settings I have "WCDMA (preferred)/GSM". Changing this to "GSM only" is not an option for me because the 2G signal is quite weak and spotty in my area. Using "LTE (preferred)/..." is not an option either due to the lack of LTE coverage. (What can I say -- rural area... 😕 )

Additionally, I have enabled the Stamina mode but I doubt this can be the culprit because the problem appeared also when I turned Stamina mode off for a day or so.

I should also mention that I use A5.0 Lollipop; however, the problem started appearing only a couple of days ago (I never noticed any such issue with A4.4).

Any help would be much appreciated.

nvx
